AUTHORIZED RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another product within two weeks from the date of receipt. Simply follow the procedure below for any return.
All returns must first be authorized by telephone at which time they will be assigned a “Return Merchandise Approval” number (RMA) by Between Us Girls Jewelry. This RMA number will be used for any future correspondence related to the approved return. The RMA number must also appear on the outside of the return package.
Items without a valid RMA number will be refused for return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, be properly packaged, and include the original receipt.
Your original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with returns and new purchases.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to ship all orders within 3-5 business days unless items are on backorder. In the case of backorders, you will be notified by email of the estimated delivery time for your product.
All orders are shipped regular USPS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled at any time by phone or email. However, if the order has been cancelled after it has been shipped to you, you will be responsible for the total amount of shipping and product charges until that product has been received by us in accordance with our above stated return policy. As soon as we have received the product, we will gladly refund your money, less any shipping charges.
